Payment & Agreement

Basic Vendor Agreement(Required)
By selecting "I agree" below, I you agree to load in and load out at the appointed times; to keep your booth area clean; to ensure someone is always at your booth, or take personal responsibility for your valuables if leaving your booth during the duration of the conference load-in, load-out and show times; remove any valuables during off-show hours and otherwise secure your booth; you bring forth your best attitude and energy as an important functionary at the show, and train your team to do the same; make all payments on time; understand our "no refund" policy unless the show itself is cancelled; and you understand that if you make a payment and cannot attend, it can be transferred to a future show up until August 31, 2023.
